Haley Jordan Interior Design Package Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to residents of the UK only and aged 18 and over.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must join our mailing list at: www.thehomedesignstudio.co.uk/haleyjordaninteriordesign, follow @the.home.design.studio on Instagram, and tag two friends in the comments.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Entry Deadline:

• The deadline for entries is 23rd, December 2023, at 12pm UK time.

• Late entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on our social media accounts on Christmas Eve, 24th, Deceber 2023.

5. Prize:

• The prize includes a Deluxe Interior Design Package from Haley Jordan Interior Design, valued at £360.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• This competition is not sponsored, edorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook.

6. Notification of Winner:

• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Public Announcement:

• The winner's name will be announced on our social media accounts.

8. Data Privacy:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Haley Jordan Interior Design.

• Personal information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. General Conditions:

• Haley Jordan Interior Design reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the specified criteria or violate the terms and conditions.

• Haley Jordan Interior Design reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without notice.

10. Agreement to Terms: - By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
